On November 30, 2006, The Nonproliferation Review hosted a briefing — “Space Weapons: Then and Now” — at the Washington, DC office of the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
This stimulating event featured informed commentary based on the article in issue 13.1 entitled “US Space Weapons: Big Intentions, Little Focus” written by Theresa Hitchens of the Center for Defense Information and Michael Katz-Hyman of The Henry L. Stimson Center.
