On December 7, 2020, the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies and the Center for Energy and Security Studies (CENESS) convened a virtual dialogue on US-Russian cooperation on nuclear nonproliferation and arms control. The keynote speakers for this event were Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov and Chair of the Arms Control Association Tom Countryman, and Dr. Elena Chernenko moderated the discussion.
