Mr. Amir Hamzah Mohd Nasir, Assistant Secretary of the Multilateral Security Division of the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs visited CNS during the week of November 13, 2023. In addition to lecturing to CNS Visiting Fellows and participating in Dr. Potter’s NPT simulation negotiation course, he also gave a CNS seminar on the topic of “Multilateral Nuclear Diplomacy and the Evolving Role of Regional and Political Coalitions.”
