On April 19, Hanna Notte spoke at an event convened in Moscow/virtually, hosted by the State Academic University for the Humanities, the Russian International Affairs Council, and the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Dr. Notte joined current and former Russian diplomats and senior Russian experts for a discussion (held in Russian) on Russia’s short- and long-term interests and strategy in the Middle East and North Africa, providing a Western perspective on these issues.
