Seminar with Tracy Lyon
Tracy Lyon is a candidate in the Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies program at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (MIIS) and is also a candidate in the Institute’s MBA program. During her time at MIIS, she worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) on the Non-Aligned Movement Disarmament Database.
From January 2018 to January 2019, Tracy was the President of the MIIS student chapter of the Institute of Nuclear Materials Management. In 2017, she interned at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory as part of the Next Generation Safeguards Initiative. She holds a BA in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
