Seminar with Michael Barletta
Michael Barletta is a senior safeguards information analyst at the International Atomic Energy Agency, in Vienna, Austria, where he has worked since 2003.
Barletta was a senior research associate at the Center for Nonproliferation Studies at the Monterey Institute of International Studies during 1997-2003. He was a visiting fellow at the Center for International Security and Cooperation at Stanford University during 1996-1997.
His PhD dissertation in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison was based on research conducted in Argentina and Brazil, and examined how these two States created a bilateral nuclear safeguards system.
