Dr. William Potter, CNS Director
Dr. William Potter was appointed as Senior Fellow at the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) in Geneva. Dr. Potter previously was a member of the UNIDIR Board of Trustees, while simultaneously serving on the UN Secretary General’s Advisory Board for Disarmament Matters. He has long been an unpaid consultant for UNIDIR.
