CNS is delighted to welcome Dr. Hanna Notte as its new director of the Eurasia Nonproliferation Program. CNS Founding Director William Potter praised Dr. Notte for her superb scholarship and extraordinary communication skills. He noted that: “One could not hope to find a more talented program director.”
Dr. Notte transitions to CNS from the VCDNP, where she has worked as a Senior Research Associate since summer 2021. In her new role, Dr. Notte will continue to focus on Russia’s foreign and security policy, Russia’s approaches to arms control and nonproliferation, Russian military innovation, and arms control and nonproliferation in the Middle East.
