As part of a series of events associated with the Center’s 25th Anniversary, CNS Founding Director Professor William Potter hosted a gala reception in Washington, DC on March 25, 2015.

Over 130 alumni and friends gathered to celebrate the first quarter century of the Center, to hear tributes from leaders in the field (including CTBTO Executive Secretary Lassina Zerbo, U.S. Under-Secretary of State Rose Gottemoeller, Lord Des Browne, the Honorable Robert Gallucci, and MIIS alumna Lisa Moskowitz). MIIS Vice President Jeffrey Dayton-Johnson also presented past MIIS President Robert Gard with the Global Citizen Award for his service to MIIS. The MC for the gala evening was Frank Sesno.
