Dr. Arbatov, one of the most distinguished Russian commentators on national security policy, was at MIIS to give the inaugural lecture in the Georgy Arbatov Memorial Lecture Series, an event organized by the Graduate Initiative in Russian Studies. Earlier in the week, Dr. Arbatov also was the keynote speaker at the CNS International Advisory Council meeting in Washington, DC.
