All state parties to the Treaty on the Non-proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) agreed at the 2010 Review Conference “to implement the recommendations contained in the report of the Secretary-General of the United Nations (A/57/124) regarding the United Nations study on disarmament and non-proliferation education, in order to advance the goals of the treaty in support of achieving a world without nuclear weapons.”
