Rose Gottemoeller spoke at an online event, hosted by the Monterey Summer Symposium on Russia of the Monterey Institute of International Studies, and funded by the Carnegie Corporation of New York.
On July 12, she discussed her book, Negotiating the New START Treaty, and the lessons learned during the negotiations. She also covered recent developments and the way the strategic stability dialog (the SSD) unfolding, likely to occur at the end of July 2021.
