The Nuclear Security Summit is a biennial, global-scale meeting of world powers for the purpose of preventing threats of nuclear terrorism. This year’s Summit, held in Washington DC, represented the fourth and final of the international cooperative meetings. CNS Senior Fellow Miles Pomper spoke with a correspondent from TRT World about nuclear security worldwide and within signatory countries of the Amended Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material.
