The James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies and the Nonproliferation Review are pleased to announce the 2014 McElvany Nonproliferation Challenge, a writing competition featuring an $8,000 grand prize and a $2,000 honorable mention prize for the best articles offering new insights, new perspectives, and new approaches for addressing today’s most pressing proliferation problems.
