Background
She was previously an undergraduate research fellow at CNS in Monterey and an intern at the Small Arms Survey. Her undergraduate thesis, begun while working as a research fellow at CNS, focused on gender and the negotiation of multilateral nuclear weapons treaties.
Education
Sophia holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University with concentrations in foreign policy and security studies and the Middle East and North African region.
