Background

Sam Rafizad is a Scoville Fellow at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) office in Washington, DC. He focuses on projects related to nuclear non-proliferation issues in the Middle East, particularly as it relates to Iran. Sam is passionate about finding diplomatic solutions to international peace and security issues. Prior to joining CNS, Sam worked for Mike Levin’s (CA-49) congressional campaign. 

Education

Sam holds a B.A. in Political Science/International Relations and History from University of California, Los Angeles.
