Background
Paulina Izewicz is a Senior Research Associate, based in London. Her research interests include Iran’s and North Korea’s nuclear and missile programs, sanctions, export controls, and international law. Prior to joining CNS, Paulina was a Research Associate at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) in London, where she managed programmatic work on sanctions and led a Track 1.5 dialogue with Iran; and Research Associate at the Institute for Science and International Security in Washington, DC, where she focused on the technical aspects of Iran’s nuclear program, as well as global stockpiles of fissile materials.
