Jerry Davydov has joined the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies as a Non-Resident Research Fellow specializing in nuclear security and international CBRN counter-terrorism law. His research interests include translating international and national law into national nuclear security operational and technical capacities, addressing challenges in international nuclear security implementation, developing security frameworks and capacities in support of new nuclear technologies, and increasing attention on the intersection of nuclear security and safeguards technical capacities

Prior to joining the CNS, Jerry worked on a range of nuclear security and nonproliferation issues at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, International Atomic Energy Agency, Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, Center for Strategic and International Studies, and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
