Lauren Kaye is the Operations Manager at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. Lauren supports key operational functions, including administrative, travel and events planning. She specializes in implementing, developing, and strengthening effective operational systems.
Background
Prior to joining CNS in 2023, Lauren Kaye has served as Director of Operations for Ice World, a dual hockey and ice-skating facility in Abingdon, Maryland. She has also worked as Operations Manager for HomeGoods, TJX Companies in Sand City, CA. She holds a certification in Human Resource Management and attended Towson University in Towson, Maryland. Also passionate about health and wellness, Lauren received her teaching certification in 2011 from Bikram Yoga College of India. In addition, she is a 5x Nationals Competitor and Featured Athlete with USA Yoga as well as a 2017 USA Yoga State Champion.
