Background
Minh Ly is a Research Associate at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies in Washington, D.C. with a focus on biotechnology. Before joining CNS, Minh was a Research Assistance for the Global Bio Labs Project headed by Dr. Filippa Lentzos and Dr. Gregory Koblentz. He also worked for Quest Diagnostics as a Medical Technologist and Alpha Analytical as an Analytical Chemist.
Education
Minh graduated from the George Mason University, Schar School of Policy and Government with an MS in BioDefense and a graduate certification in Science, Technology, and Security. He also earned a BS in Biology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
